So, I've been struggling to decide whether the October scenario specials should be Spooky/Halloween-themed or cosy autumnal romance-themed!

Chapter 17 is done and Chapter 18 has begun!
Aaahhhh!!!
Chapter 17 was the start of some seriously intense stuff, and Chapter 18 is not only a continuation of that but bumping up the intensity by quite a few notches, hehe! :D
I'll be working on Chapter 18A first, which has a very different feel than 18B, though I'm seriously eager to get to both.
Obviously getting 17 finished and 18 started made for an awesome week, but a bunch of other stuff ...

It was a more all over the week this week!
Chapter 17B is coming on brilliantly, and I've been typing soooo fast just because I'm at a scene I've been waiting to write since about halfway through Book Two, hehe! :D
It really will give a very different look at two characters in particular...
I actually managed to finish up Chapter 9 editing last Friday in the end, so that was a bonus! On Saturday I was going to start Chapter 10 editing, but instead I did some debugging ...

Glow bugs danced among the flower-laden trellis, making it seem as though the stars in the night sky above had come alive around them.
The weather had held out for the event, the night balmy and laced with the sweet scent of jasmine. The chairs laid out on the lawn around the main dais were already filled with familiar eager faces. Exciting week this week with starting with Chapter 17!
But also, I had a blast with editing! I totally forgot what I put into Chapter 9, hehe! :D So rediscovering all the different possible scenes, and the fun in those had me smiling so much and so eager to find out which scene you guys end up choosing!
Also managed to get the text assets and amended graphics to Hosted Games, so that's all ready to go for them! It's nice as that's usually a huge task during submis...

Oh, it was SO good to catch up on a ton of stuff this week!
Writing is obviously my favourite, but it does feel like a weight lifted to have so many tasks checked off that had been building up.
Hosted Games got my email about the save system, so I'm really hoping that'll be added in soon! They started processing the graphics ready for the Steam wishlist, but I totally forgot they would need the text assets (blurb, different tag lines, etc) as well! So I'll work on that next week t...

Actually just enjoying some time away from the doom and gloom of our regular lives.
No threat. No Trappers. No Rogues.
Just us, the cool waters of the lake, and the sun smiling down on us.

Chapter 15 is finished, and I'm powering through Chapter 16!
It's been quite the motivating week, hehe! :D
Chapter 15 actually took longer than I expected, as I added in some extra scenes. Where as Chapter 14 was the date chapter with the LIs, I wanted 15 to be more of a sort of 'catch-up' chapter with the other characters. I was going to leave out a couple of characters who may pop up later depending on player choices, but decided to have them in there.
