So, it was super weird going back to writing a kind of Book One Mason/Morgan for these scenes! Even as their creator, I forget just how hostile and grumpy they are around new people (Tina and M, particularly, grate against each other...) :D

This week really felt like it flew by! But it was a busy one!
I was getting right into Verda's dinner scene when Nai reminded me that it's the start of a new month, which means social media days! So I've been working on that the past couple of days and having fun with another Unit Alpha AU for Patreon, hehe! ;D

So, some of you may have seen on Instagram that I took a pretty bad fall this week and damaged my back really badly.
...That was fun, lol! :D
It meant that writing this week was made difficult as I couldn't sit in my chair for more than about ten minutes. So I improvised a standing desk, which helped a bit, but I wasn't supposed to be immobile for extended periods so had to keep walking.

It would have been another straight-forward week this week if not for some 'fun' with our internet!

The week started...interestingly, when Teddy (the cat) decided to sit on my keyboard while I was finishing some touch up edits on chapter 8. I quickly closed the laptop lid, but I forget my poor laptop isn't doing so great, so it doesn't hibernate even with the lid closed. So when I opened it back up, chapter 8 was a mess.
