To enhance the effect of this mantra, also write it, IN YOUR OWN HANDWRITING (no typing) 50x on a sheet of paper.
For a triggered effect, write it on 10 post-it notes and stick them in places where you will see them during the day. When you come across your post-it note, mentally repeat the mantra...
