Additional Info: If some one has some oil effect in certain ligithing areas is cuased by normal map (head_n) , so proabaly will fix replacing the file in D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\Textures\Animated Race - Bale . I not included cause for me looks better with the original map
