Weekly update on 0.6

I decided to move Weekly updates to Monday. That way I can relax fully on Sunday.

Rewrote some dialogs about 250 lines

Rendered 120 new images.

Dont know what more to say, maybe that my university is starting tomorrow. FUCK ME :(.

But the good news is that I will probably go for 180 images per week when university starts. I will no longer need to help my dad. So I can work full force :D

Weekly update on 0.6

So this week I did 100 new renders. I missed one day of work because I was feeling quite bad, I still could have work that day, but I decided to rest. I once did it while feeling sick and made rushed renders and had to rework them.

I rewrote some scenes that I didn't like and some of the dialogs made no sense to me, so I had to fix them.

I got a surprise coming your way I just need a couple of days to prepare for it. I think you going to like it!

Weekly update on 0.6

So let's start with the work. This week I did only 80 renders I will try doing 20 more today. I was more focusing on learning new things with new programs and had to do my personal stuff that's why I am 40 renders short of the week's goal.

Today I downloaded a more promising animation tool, but it needs some digging to do, but it's more promising than Motionbuilder I tried a few months ago. I really want to learn how to make better animation, but the program I am using right now is dog ...

Weekly update on 0.6

This week I rendered 100 renders. I couldn't do 20 more because I was fixing my PC all day. I started working on some stupid TikTok style videos, but they honestly help me learn a lot about editing, so knowledge is power :D

I think I am a bit behind and need to step it up a little bit. The PC crashes made my work really slow, but I am just happy it's all over. The GPU was so fucked up that it felt that I was working with my old 1080 probably even worse than that :D.

Hey! Sorry for no posting the picture yesterday, but I was fighting with my pc. As all of you know my GPU started acting up. I tried everything and then I decided to clean wipe my pc. But it's not so easy I had to put my game files (160gb) somewhere safe. I basically found like 6 USB flash drives that I stored my data. It took me so long fuck me. I tried using google drive but that shit broke every time after 30 minutes of data transfer. Well, I finished it yesterday and did a small test if m...

Well, I started working again and my pc was crashing a lot while I was rendering. At first, I thought my GPU is dying, which mean I have to send my GPU for repairing and you know how long that could be. I was in a panic mood, to be honest. I tried fixing it, nothing worked.

Then I remmebered that I bougth SUPER DUPER FUCKIGN SAMSUNG SSD THE BEST THERE IS. And guess what. That thing is crashing my PC. I switched back to my old one and everything works fine. But fuck me it scared the shit...

I am finally got back from vacation. It was fun, but it was too long... Vacation is bad when you need a second vacation after it.

I come up with some new ideas for my project. For some of you, it may sound stupid, but I want to try using my models to recreate popular TikTok or Instagram videos. Of course I will do the sexy ones, not the cringy ones. :D

Weekly update on 0.6

Let's start with the work. So I rendered 40 new renders. I had to create new models to tell the story when they were younger. I thought it would be easier but damm.... I tried using one plugin that makes them look younger but it only made them look like midgets... So yeah it took me a while to make the model look younger. But it's done now.

So I will be leaving tomorrow for my vacation. It's my first time going on vacation abroad. I am kinda afraid to not get the Delta version of corona...

Okay, I finally finished the script. I still don't have an answer when the 0.6 edits will be done by Xerxes. But in the meantime, I started working on the Elite version bonus scenes. It seems that the second bonus scene will be Megan's. I am surprised how many people started hating on Chloe after 0.5. :D

Okay, so the writing for this update is taking too long. But I can't ignore people crying that choices don't do anything. I didn't change anything to the story but giving this updates direction the past choices you made will start to have some different events and reactions. So I am finally back from my dad's slavery :D 1/3 weeks are done, still  2 to go.

I am sorry how things are working out for me this summer, but believe me, it's the best what I can do, like I said before I need to pay my father 1k euros and work 1 week of every summer month to not get kicked out of the house. I can save that 1k euro and don't even bother working on the game this summer, but this thing is the best thing that happened in my life so I am willing to go through tough ob...

Hey! Like I said before I will have to help my dad one week of every summer's month. That means no way to render scenes. But good thing is that the script is not finished. So like I said I will focus on finish writing for 0.6 and start writing 0.7. So that 0.7 will come out faster in Autumn. I will leave my workstation today and comeback this sunday.
