Pandora's Box

Happy Halloween! If I had to explain what was was on my mind when I created these was... Daphne Blake (she's always the nucleus of my inspiration), pink pantyhose, pandora's box from King's Quest IV, Halloween time of year as a mood, theme, feeling, inspiration, Stranger Things, and probably most notably: Midnight Mass from Netflix.

I thought this would be the perfect sugar rush to end the month on, today being Halloween after-all. So, I hope you enjoy these. Once again, these were big ...

Halloween Hassle in the Creepy Cold Castle!

Okay... so I wasn't inspired to create anything Halloween themed this month... until I created this. This one took an insane amount of time to stage and close to 24 hours to render. I hope the effort paid off and that this is the sort of candy you like for Halloween and that you all enjoy it :)

Dawn Meadows had quite the month. She went from the stresses of school pictures to the perils of private investigators!

And it wouldn't be October, the month of Halloween if I didn't stuff your Jack-O-Lanterns full of candy. So I hope you are ready for a weekend full of sugary treats to end the month on!!!

Dawn Meadows waited patiently to be captured. It had  never occurred to her, that when she went looking to hire a private eye,  that perhaps her enemies were one step ahead. While she was busy  comparing the differences between "offblack" and "barely black"  pantyhose options in the hosiery aisle at the drugstore, her captors were setting up the trap.

Outside, horns were honking, people were yelling between cars, while the sound of a million footsteps clapped  against the sidewalks. But that was so many floors below. Dawn Meadows slumbered atop the desk, tiny imperceptible breaths passing through her gently parted lips, and her ample chest rose and fell in a relaxed rhythm.

She had been perched upon that tired old desk like a minx on a hot summer mountain. But I could see the clarity fading in the emerald eyes of that hunting cat as she drew deep from that crystalline glass. The frosty red beverage making her glossed lips sticky and her cheeks flush.

"Everything okay, Miss Meadows?" I asked politely as I watched her pantyhose slip and slide seeking purchase as she plopped down on the surface of my desk. The empty glass rolled to a stop just shy of tumbling...

"To your liking?" I asked with a tilt of my head toward the crystalline glass in her well manicured hand.

What would you like to see next?

Dawn Meadows sure had a busy month. She got herself locked up in a cage over poor sleuthing in a warehouse. Then she found herself wading through the murky waters of a steamy jungle, blatantly ignoring the "don't feed the animals" warning. And finally, she got herself caught up in the buying and selling of the corporate world! What a way to end her summer!
