Inevitably, someone at the holiday gathering requests getting a picture, and the girl is curious as to why the photographer insists on fitting her stocking clad feet in the frame! The host had politely requested all guests remove their shoes at the door, and the girl can't help but feel anxious that mingling back and forth through the house might have given rise to a few small but scandalous pulls in her nylon soles! And now some would-be Peter Parker is going to capture that (unnecessarily) ...

There is just something about this time of year. The holiday parties, the home celebrations, where the ladies, God bless them, just go that extra mile in the seasonality of their outfits. And lo and behold, we are blessed with the combination of satin and plaid. It's the peanut butter & jelly of holiday outfits, and I'm delighted and grateful every single year when I see it inevitably make an appearance on at least one classy girl.

As many of you know, I love December. And it's about that time of year where many folks begin having their holiday parties. Naturally that means the Rose Tribune too. It's New York City, and boy do they love to celebrate the Christmas season. So enjoy Dawn getting all dressed up for the company Holiday Party!

Fainting is not going to get you out of this one, Dawn. You're stuck being Maid Meadows for the rest of your life. Not to mention you are working for Gerald Sinclair! Good luck... You're going to need it!

And this, our would-be detectives, is why we make sure to do a proper investigation, and have real evidence before we try to take down our nemesis!

Oh, Dawn! Perhaps now everybody understands why this is such an awful fate for you? You're not just anyone's maid. You're Gerald Sinclair's maid! Perhaps also you should have done some actual investigating before you presented your case with no actual proof? You can't really be surprised that this is the consequences for your foolish carelessness now, can you?

How did I go from 10 hour workdays in pantyhose to 16 hour days in pantyhose!? Dawn thinks to herself. Maybe if I hadn't played so hard to get with Danny always asking me on dates I could have avoided this fate...

One too many times failing to plan for a case. Too little evidence gathering. Cutting too many corners. Not hiding in time, failure to choose at all. Trusting the wrong person. Being all together too naive. Making Danny do all the work. Being foolish.

The list was long, but so were the shifts scrubbing these floors. I was once the star reporter of the Rose Tribune! Thought Dawn. How can it end like this???

As the Thanksgiving season winds down, we look back on Emily Lockwood's return to her investigative roots when explored the undercover role of going back to private school and all the perils that entails. As if that weren't dangerous enough, we checked in with the brash talking Hannah Hoxley. And when she wasn't talking trash about her "frenemy" Dawn Meadows, she was investigating a secret bank heist in progress. Turns out, she should have held off on the mockery of Miss Meadows, if she isn't...

Hannah found herself tied up while the bank robbers got away with a fortune. She was humbled by the swift failure of her investigation and second guessed her hasty judgement of the talents of one Dawn Meadows.

"Maybe I was a little harsh on Dim, I mean, Dawn! But... can I still be your favorite?"

What's better than slinging a bag of money over a bank robber's shoulder? How about the Bank owner's beautiful daughter? (And she weighs about the same!)

Had she known her day was going to turn out this way she would have worn slacks! But her mind was in a haze. Other-wise surely she would have given this ruffian an earful about how rude it was to be laying hands on her pantyhose! The nerve of some creeps! It was scandalous!

But the Hoxley girl was not to be shot (not yet anyway!). Instead, the intruder surprised the cowering Hannah with swift and decisive action. The girl had discovered the the bank heist in progress by way of an inconveniently (or all too conveniently!) wall shared by the vault and the sewer tunnels.

The blasted water main leak gave it away. The job was supposed to go unnoticed until it was too late, but this nosy snoop just had to come investigating.

The leak was coming from the vault. A burst in the pipes. That wall...

"...is shared by the sewer."

Hannah turned around, wide-eyed. She put her hands up, and cowered as she faced the very real and fear inducing threat of having a gun trained on her trembling body.

"WAIT!" was all she could muster in a rapidly breaking voice.

Flighty Hannah momentarily takes flight as she carelessly slips on some water collecting on the smooth marble floors. You should watch where you are going, Hannah! And this would not have happened if you had not been in such a rush. Slow down, young lady!

But what about this water? Why is there water on the floor?

"Break in the water main downstairs near the safe deposit boxes. It's a real mess," answers the old bedraggled janitor to Hannah's thoughts aloud.

That's right. My dad owns the Bank, and I'm a way better girl detective than that Dim Meadows. It's no surprise that I'm your new favorite. I'll get right to solving all those cases right after... oh wait! Shoot! I'm late for my shift at the Bank! Gotta go! Bye!!!
