This was SUCH a great second half to our Syrup Village adventures and my brother and I were super excited by the route the episode went to wrap things up before we're ready for our next adventure!
Lots of spoiler discussion parts, but the feel-goods and Kuro's fantastic actor really made this episode! We're SO ready for Episode 5, though!

I...was not prepared for this episode! I thought we had more time and am still in the "denial" and "anger" stages of grief. My heart is broken...not only for Wolfwood, but for the entire cast...ironically, it hit me this was the first moments I ever accidentally read of Trigun. It just didn't hit me until the end.

One of the most succinct and satisfying background episodes, as we learn about Casca's journey joining Griffith's side with the Band of the Hawk, and finally spilling her "guts" - so to speak - with the man himself!
This series gets better and better, but we are clearly not out of the woods yet, and at only the halfway point of the anime, it almost feels like we've JUST begun!

Ohhhh, Isayama is just doing amazing with this "Marley" arc and Reiner became one of my favorite characters around this in the anime and this volume cements it for me in the manga!
