I walked into this volume thinking, "Oh, it's only 8 chapters...WHAT could happen?"
HA! What could happen, indeed! We have lore grenades, ties to the past, battles, Mika and Yu adorableness, Kureto getting to KISS someone, and Ferid strutting around naked with his body split in two and flashing two young girls in the process...and that's not even everything ! I think my main reaction in this was an emotional cocktail of surprise, disgust, and heartfelt empathy as we now have parallels not only between Tengen and our trio, but Nezuko and Daki, alongside Daki and her *surprise* brother, Gyutaro. Oh my, is he SOMETHING ELSE in this!
