Edit 2: Hey all, just editing to add! I just dropped most of the California and a handful of Canada higher tier rewards in the mail. I had to make a trip to the post office to get them weighed and make sure the standard postage would be enough; luckily they seem to meet the criteria! At this point I should have everything I need to fill the remainder so I will pack and ship them in waves as quickly as I'm able!
