Tier Changes!
After some discussion, I've come up with some new stuff for the tiers and better organization.
for one: $10 tier people, you can move down to $5 as the $10 tier will be removed. and its perk (Picture voting) will be put down with $5.
secondly: Request pics (sketch included) are now moved up to the $20 and are limited only to them.
Some of the normal patron quirks are still standing. Such as commission discounts based on your tier (only active for $5 and $20)
