Las Vegas can be a little challenging this time of year with the heat, but I think I found a solution. I was in the mood for something a little different and refreshing, so I headed downtown to Todd English's Pepper Club. It was wonderful with a few refreshing drinks and some very yummy seafood. The sushi was absolutely delicious and when you add some oysters, tiger rolls, and oxtail fried rice, the party was in full gear.
