If you have the chance to dine at Michael Mina's restaurant inside the Bellagio, you are in for a real treat. Fantastic food in a relaxed, elegant dining room with exceptional service. I had the opportunity to enjoy items from both tasting menus! It's such a fun way to experience many different foods and flavors in small portions. I was caught taking a little stretch break and checking myself out during my photoshoot at the Palazzo. I'll do this in between sets to stay light and limber 😉.

I had the chance to escape the heat and drive some curves out in the mountains last week. Mt. Charleston is about 45 minutes from Las Vegas and it feels like you are a worlds away! The fresh, cool mountain air felt so good. If you want to explore nature and get away from the bright lights of the city, it's a wonderful place to go....especially with a fast car. 😉 🏎

This Monday in Las Vegas is a little crazy as the town gears up for our first Monday Night Football game of the season. They've already started closing off roads and I think it's going to be a little crazy.

I love looking out of Las Vegas hotel suites day or night. The daytime is exciting with all the hustle & bustle, and details of the city you miss or don't get to see on the street level. The night time views are obviously beautiful with all the lights on the Strip and surrounding Valley. I could stare at them all night long, especially on a big, soft, king size bed!

The other night I got to enjoy a wonderful evening out at the Paris dining at Gordon Ramsay Steak. It has been there a long time and this was my first time visiting, so I was pretty excited. It's a vibrant atmosphere with a painted Union Jack on the ceiling along with a red neon light sculpture that represents Ramsays hands making his famous Beef Wellington. It is very modern and unique.

It's another week before us. I hope everyone had a great weekend. I got to relax and enjoy friends and some good food. We didn't get to do a lot though because the weather wasn't much different than here. Pretty unusual to have such high temps. The weekend is finally here. I'm off to Southern California for a quick trip to spend some time with some friends. We're going to visit a few wineries, eat delicious food, and probably stay up too late watching sappy movies. A girls' weekend is always a good way for me to recharge the batteries and laugh a lot. For those of you that may not know, Palms Place is next to the Palms casino (which has not reopened since Covid and was just sold to another casino). It's a high rise with modern style units that were sold to individuals who want to live or vacation there and some they rent out. They all have small kitchens and washer and dryers, so it's a good option if you are staying in Las Vegas for awhile.
