ok i was a bit selfish today and started a fanart piece i have been wanting to make ever since i beat shara ishvalda the first time with the sword and shield.  i also stumbled across a video of gameplay from the new Rise game and saw BUNNY BEAR DRAGON!!!  so i took my bunny girl base and made a quick model.  i will simple texture and rig her tomorrow and start putting together parts for my paolumu, lunastra and new tigress model

that last panel was a bit of a bitch to make.  after a few hours of searching through my files to find the right background props i then had to find enough aliens to populate the environment .  however i didn't want to use too many game models because most of them are very easily recognizable.

the next few pages i will add more and more background characters so i have the full "impact" or just how crowded and busy this place is going to be.

aaah yes this is the problem.  i can spend hours refining these images without much to show for it at a glance because its all about getting rid of sketch lines

time for a new director.  the background in the final image is blank because im going to put a bunch of horror posters back there.  similar to "it came to bug her"  

it will give me a fun excuse to make some vintage "pulp" styled illustrations

getting the next few pages ready.  i found a whole bunch of space station stuff in my files to start making  the port station and i build Grandpa Crabs

with how long it is taking me to get through the inking stage im wondering if i should finish the whole story before i come back to polish up the pages.

ooookaaay i am going to simplify the plant from now on.  i literally spent all day working on this page and it is still not done.

here's the model.  i will try to improve my rigging over time, but first, the UV need fixing.

once the UVs are fixed i will morph this base into more rabbit women and other rodents like mice rats and even squirrels and chipmunks

for rats and mice i will need to add an extra toe to make her feet more hand like

yeah i'm jumping on the lola bandwagon.  took my jenny model and changed her proportions to be a little more like lola but not as toony.  i spent all day trying to get it ready. 

 the main problem was the UV maps.  they did not work quite right for some reason when i tried to extract the texture.  so i re did them

had a very encouraging email today from my old mentor from college who still works in the industry.  i sent him the SFW version of Bald space monkeys and he came back telling me "rendering and use of anatomy, expression and gesture has become pro level" and my narrative composition is great.

needless to say i felt hyped for the rest of the day and went to town on HerGigante...but i think i will keep the simpler linework for bald space monkey because once i add color the characters ...

as promised i got the next HerGigante design done and with my more anthro style.  even started rigging her partner.  even though i am still an insect glaive main i really like the bonbaro armor set and the greatswords.  

though it took a long time to find all the parts in my files and i still have not finished rigging him yet
