Tier update PSA

Hello!

I've been thinking about jostling up the tier perks for a while and I settled on what I wanted to do :)

From tomorrow on (October rolling around!), 5$ and 7$ tier will also have access to suggesting ideas for the polls that I make.

The new perk unique to the 10$ tier will be: access to a lottery! I will use a randomizer to select one of you and take a prompt the same as the Monstra tier has. If the tier reaches 50 members or more, then I'll select two, so your o...
