So this was a Monstra tier prompt from last year, it was the winner for the poll I made about going shading on one :)
I decided to repost the original flat colors sketch along with this polished version for ease of comparison

I had taken suggestions back in November as to what Monstra drawing I should do shading and lighting on, so here are the options for this time :)

I'm resuming normal activity with renewed enthusiasm for drawing, this break did me some good :)
During the last month, I did a lot of progress on my writing, and a good part of the final chapter of Brighter was proofread already. Although I aimed to finish it entirely on my december art break, I didn't do quite as much writing as I hoped because because I... unfortunately opened my switch after not touching it for months and fell ...

This small PSA is just to let you all know Iām gonna pause the billing cycle for December and take the month off! My schedule for the next few weeks is jam-packed between the holidays, some travel, a friend visiting, and other neat stuff. Moreover, any hobby-time I have, Iād like to dedicate to writing, so I can hopefully wrap up the chapter Iām working on and post it early January :)
I'll be resuming normal activities starting January 1st.

1- I haven't read locked tomb but I've seen the character designs floating around, they're pretty cool! I don't know if what I chose to draw is accurate for these characters but I liked the contrast between the gloomy outfits and the joyous energy hahaha
2- some icebyrds enjoying the fall weather, I never get tired of these two š
3- genshin impact! Same as locked tomb, though I've seen the designs and some are really dope, I don't know much about it āā āæā ā I als...
