This is kind of a pointless post but I will make it.
Tier 2 you get 2 requests once a month this is two sims of your choice these requests will be available for tiers 2-3 the only way they will remain private is if they are personal as in family
Tiers 3 you get 4 PRIVATE commissions once a month this is 4 sims of your choice. These will not be released on patreon.

If you have any stand still close up mods installed in your game the one causing this issue where your sims are super zoomed in it is a stand still close up mod that is interfering with another one you have in your game. It is important to make sure you do not have duplicates of mods or some mods do not work together there are lists of these on the internet that tell you what interferes with what.
