Pinon the Drinker

A minor character from the novel Wonder Woman: Warbringer, by Leigh Bardugo. Pinon is a genetically engineered scorpion-woman who can latch her tail onto someone and drain their blood, which, yes, canonically causes her to bloat up.  She's only in a few scenes, but I highly recommend the book on its own merits. It was awesome!

An aristocrat flirts with temptation.  I planned this one out in a different way than usual, just sketching out and moving the images freely, since there were no words to add or work around. I really like the results; this layout is a lot more visually interesting (and fun to draw!)  What do you think?
