Trying out Sai and my general impression is that it's a LOT better than Photoshop for doing the sorts of things I want to do (or it will be once I get used to it.)

So who is this? This is Eru Fuda ("Ima Nelf"), an elf who came through a dimensional portal to Earth specifically in order to gorge herself on French fries, and got too fat to go back. It's Lime, a slime girl, in both 'regular' and 'a little overfed' forms. She gets lighter when she's fat because her lime flavoring is diluted.

Dellamorta

The 7th Dwarf is one of those ass-end-of-Netflix CGI cheapos, but it's almost redeemed by Dellamorta the evil ice-fairy-witch-thing. In comparison to the conspicuously idealized princess, Dellamorta gets to look distinctive, she gets  to be somewhat goofy, and it make her much cuter and more charming. Here (attached as pdf) is a story from a while ago, but what's brand new are the illustrations!  This was kind of fun to do and I really like what it adds to the story. I would like to give this treatment to some of the others.

This is based on a Santeria story which is (although you can't tell it from the first page) pretty darn hot.

Given that I'm already kind of on thin ice ethically by appropriating some other culture's story out of context to use as fetish fuel, I figured the least shitty way to do it would be to adapt the plot to a modern US setting, rather than trying to incorporate a bunch of Santeria concepts and messing them up or making an ignorant honky-ass stab at rendering historical West Africa.  ...

FEMALE CASHIER

The best character from Sausage Party.  She had two lines and was killed somewhere offscreen, but she was cute as hell and murdered a sandwich by eating it. In my headcanon, she somehow survived the freezer, escaped, and fought on the front lines against the food uprising, chomping her way through the enemy troops one hot dog at a time.

Part of an art trade! This character is from an utterly charming short film which you really should check out--it really captures the feel of crazy old early Merrie Melodies cartoons and gives it a stylish, colorful modern look.
