Playing around with an idea for my Aasimar Steve:
Because he's "of the divine" he must participate in a ritual a few times a year where the townsfolk bring him food. It is believed that having a "healthy" angel in your town will bring blessings and luck. So most people bring very rich offerings in a bid to fatten him up. Steve is also not allowed to refuse the offerings no matter how full he is.
I may play with this idea a little more and decide what else the ritual entails?...
