Leaving jokes aside, she is a very good sniper, so she uses the cape in order to camoflauge herself, not to mention that cape can adapt the colors of the envioroment where she is, something like Snake does in Metal Gear Solid 4, which is something very cool if you ask me xD

There has been some VERY huge problems around here in Venezuela, not to mention that the whole power network has colapsed, and we where around 24 hours without power, right now, the power is back on and the internet as well but i am not very sure for how long, power goes up, it stays for two hours and then is gone for an unknown time period, and people doesnt know what is happening neither, things might get very ugly from now on, and i dont know if i will be able to stay online for much longe...
