Hey friends!
31 Days of Halloween begins Monday, with me releasing a short adventure and new monster each day for 31 days. The first adventure will feature this porcine oddity, the Animal Man featured in the Dark Menagerie set. I've set these poor souls on a ruined farm (Tom Cartos map).
Give me some one-word prompts in the comments to stock the adventure's rooms.

Hey friends,
One of our most recent adventures featured four new monsters from Kobold Press' Tales of the Valiant Monster Vault. Because Bree needs these to create the FoundryVTT pack for the adventure, I decided to whip up the stat blocks for your convenience. You can get them using the attachment link above the comment section below.
This set includes:

Hey all,
If you’re a gold+ member, you’re probably wondering how we are on books. Right now, I’m working on new books built from the current content along with some you haven’t seen yet. I’m planning on matching the style to D&D since I’ve noticed people like uniform-sized books in their shelves. IE 8 x 10 hardcovers.
For those with a backlog, I’ll be treating it all as credit toward future releases, even if you leave. I might also do some fun minis, dice, etc t...

Hey all!
October is coming up and I feel it’s a good month to put together a 31-day content series with a content drop every day of the month.
But what should the theme be?

Hey friends!
Just a quick late night update. I’m currently working my way through the new 2024 Player’s Handbook and recording the changes. There will eventually be a document, but for now you can read along via my Instagram.

Hey all!
I worked more on Crown & Court today and should have more for you soon. Tomorrow, I’ll be finishing up the Blitzkrieg version of MEK BORG. After that, we’ve got our first sci-fi rules supplement.
Since there’s nothing to start with, the gates are wide open. What should I make first?

Hey all!
I just released the first supplement for Crown & Court. To protect myself and you all from me losing interest down the line, this document can function 100% on its own, giving you a system for generating a noble family.
I'm pretty hot on this idea right now, which means I can keep it going or I can "roll the dice" using 2024-09-02 20:07:02 +0000 UTC

If you remember, a couple of days ago, I did a Call for Suggestions asking what sort of content you wanted for a 5e rules supplement. A lot of folks mentioned they were interested in my Birthright idea, and that's what I've been working on most of today.
In fact, I may have already gone a bit overboard.
Crown & Court: High Concept
The highest concept of this supplement is that tthe characters are all members of a noble house. They themselves may even be ...

Hey all,
It's day four without any health concerns and I'm on fire, busily making stuff for all you fine folk. Next up on the content list is a Fifth Edition/BFRPG rules supplement. The only trouble is, I'm not sure what to make except I kinda want to remake Birthright (intrigue, politics, etc.).
In the comments below, give me an idea of the kind of 5e rules supplements that you feel you could use for your games. Once I have a full enough list, I'll see what I can...

Hey all!
Now that I’m back on track, I’m curious how those of you who are due some books would like this new content done in physical format. Basically there’s two options:
1) Divide the content into separate books based on genre (fantasy, PA, sci-fi) and type (adventures, JPT, supplements).
2) Lump it all into a single book and issue them as a regular series (basically, old school Broadsword but more colorful).

A few days ago, I created a poll to see what sort of content you want for the month of September. Once the poll ended, I took the data and turned it into a d100 table. Here's what the content looks like:
01–22: Fantasy Adventures
23–34: Just Passing Through for Fantasy
35–43: Fantasy Monsters
44–51: Fantasy Character Options<...

Let me tell you the tale of how the world broke. We once had cities that scraped the sky, oceans that shimmered blue, and life aplenty. Then came the Great Shattering—a darkness from the sky or a fire from below, no one rightly remembers. The land cracked, the waters boiled, and what was left turned to poison. Nations bled dry in wars for dwindling scraps. The strong took what they could; the weak became bones in the dust. Now, only the wastelands remain—a sun-blasted hell where mutants r...

This small tropical island appears unassuming on the map, showing up as barely a speck, but its location along a key shipping route combined with its large, protected bay has made it incredibly valuable.
In a matter of only a few years a thriving town has appeared, as well as several large estates, farmland and perhaps most importantly of all, the Fort that overlooks the bay entrance, protecting it from rival political factions and pirates. Whoever controls the island controls all the t...

Hey all,
The current poll on content split has us at about 60-20-20 for fantasy, sci-fi, and post-apocalyptic, respectively. The content I'm going to make for all three genres will be modeled after the Dungeons & Lairs format. But obviously, I can't call all three of them Dungeons & Lairs. Thus, it's time for a poll!
Which of the [blank] & [blank] combinations do you like for sci-fi content?
Choose below.

Hey all,
I just took the poll from earlier and turned it into a d100 table. The first roll got a post-apocalyptic adventure. Since it was a relatively low percentage compared to fantasy, I figured I’d just make it into a “oh hey not everyone is here this week” one shot.
With that said, what kinda monster should be responsible for the apocalypse?

Hey all,
I'm planning to do more collabs soon and I was interested in learning what sort of content you're looking for in September and August. Below, I've created a poll with the types of content I'm down to create. You are free to select as many as you like. Once the poll ends, I'll come up with percentages for each type of content based on the results.
I look forward to seeing the results.

So you plan to go to the old ruins in the Ironbark Forest? That place has been abandoned for as long as anyone can remember. No one knows what happened to the people who lived there. Some say they just vanished, though others whisper of darker things. Most folks avoid it, what with the strange noises and all.
To get there, take the old bridge to the north of town, though watch your step; it’s not as strong as it once was, and bandits tend to block it from time to time. From there, the...

I took a break on the content schedule over the weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday and (and to still deal with some serious abdominal pain). During that time, our friend, Nacho, came up with this cool piece for the leader of the mutants, Gua, the All-Seeing Worm. You can expect a BFRPG/5e stat block for him soon as well as some for rank-and-file mutants.
But I need some allies/pets for these guys, too.
In the comments below, give me a single word to describe an...

Atlia City is a fortress built atop the crumbling remains of seven colossal pre-Exodus MEKS, each one a relic from a time when the Relinquishers ruled and their MEK-KNIGHTS walked the planet as legendary warriors. After the Relinquishers abandoned Zalgul-3, the MEKS were left to rust, until a group of stranded MEK-KNIGHTS claimed them as their new home, forming the foundation of the city that would rise above the wastes. Over generations, their descendants became the Atlas Brigade, a ruling f...

Port Erroneous is a city divided into two distinct worlds. The Old City, walled off and nearly inaccessible, is a fortress shrouded in mystery. Its rulers, known as the Yellow Kings, are seldom seen and never venture beyond their fortified walls. They are considered both rulers and priests, worshipped by some as the last true connection to the Relinquishers who abandoned Zalgul-3 five centuries ago. Those who live inside the Old City are privileged and secretive, rarely allowing anyone from t...

Hey everyone!
I'm currently working on a Zalgul-3 "player's guide" which will outline the various races and species (or heritages, etc. for BFRPG folks) and need to figure out some additional species/heritage options for characters.
I already know that there'll be two "flavors" of human: native Zalgulians and off-worlders. There'll also be Heap People, who pull from goblinoid stock. But others should we have?
Instead of giving them names, I'm making them more into fantasy/sc...

I’m lying in bed at the moment dealing with more “fun” abdominal pain (I get the results of my ultrasound on Wednesday).
While I’m here I figured I’d put a class or subclass together for my Zalgul-3 setting.

I’ll probably start working on my fave while you’re voting, so you might get two.

Dungeons & Lairs #100 is coming, and it is officially the first Dungeons/Lairs set in my post-apocalyptic/sci-fi/fantasy mad-land known as Zalgul-3, a junk planet in the MEK BORG universe.
By popular vote "insane druid" won the choice for our first D/L Junk Mountain adventure. Now it's time to get some one-word prompts going.
Additionally, this will be one of the first times I've added in a bonus: printable minis!

I'm cranking through adventures for the rest of this month. Below I've generated lists of monsters that will get featured in our next batch of Dungeons/Lairs adventures, likely those set in the Junk Mountains of Zalgul-3.
Pick the three that you like best.
The top four will get themed adventures.

Below are the terrain types for Zalgul-3. Pick the one you want to be the theme for adventure for the rest of this month.

Update 8/9/24: I've added in mutations by specific terrain type as well as a few more basic mutations.
Zalgul-3's heavily polluted environment, saturated with toxic chemicals, radioactive waste, and biological contaminants, has dramatically increased mutations among the planet's wildlife. The constant exposure to hazardous substances has caused genetic anomalies, resulting in creatures that are often grotesquely altered from their original forms.
The simple templa...
