WHAT A TREAT I HAVE FOR U ALL... as promised and polled for in February, here’s that snazzy little bonus base as a thank you to all my 5-DAY patrons!!

I tried to work in everyone’s suggestions for this one- so not only do we have 4 species bases (canine, feline, bovine, and bunny), but there’s also variant lines for the plush (2 noses, 3 ears) AAAAND some additions for the OC itself- 3 hair options, claws, cheek fluff, all that fun stuff!!

AND on the topic of rewards I finished both last weeks for Nova, and this weeks for Siren!! Both absolutely ADORABLE ocs and a joy to work with 💞💞

MASSIVE day for YCH work... finished 1 more entirely (and also included one more finished slot I forgot to post... oops), flatcolored a total of SEVEN over the last couple days- AND!! LINED THE FINAL SIX!! Now THAT.... that is some downright sexy progress

I was cleaning up and organizing my procreate folders again and I thought I’d let you guys into a little “backstage tour”, if you will, into some of my many sketches I have around ehehe!! As you can tell with some of these, they’ve been half resketched more recently- some of them date back to 2019 and if I’m ever bored or uninspired I like to go back and draw over old things to freshen them up :”3

BIG THINGS KIND OF DAY (WIPS)

Made some honestly MASSIVE progress today and I am. So happy about it ;;;;

The background for that scene commission is ALMOST DONE... next step is gonna be lining the character himself and getting that going before I start further rendering anything to blend in!!

Shading on that fullbody is DONE so all that’s left is the rest of the lighting & various shiny details... super happy with how it’s comin out 🥺

Finished this snazzy custom ref for mellomutt this afternoon and I am STOKED about the outcome,, really leaned into the LOTR theme ehehe

All the elvish hidden in the background is just the info text translated!! It was a fun idea, very spur of the moment, and honestly I really like how it came out 🥺💖

Included the concept as per usual, and also a version without the glasses!!

SWEATER PATTERN TUTORIAL

When I finished this chibi comm it was requested that I do a little tutorial about how I achieved the sweater pattern SO I threw this lil step-by-step together!! Hopefully it’s a little helpful (and also hope my writing is readable hbdndbd)

Main important point is to be mindful of the folds you’ve drawn into whatever fabric this pattern is on! There are rarely gonna be 100% straight lines in clothes- every piece of the pattern bends and curves along with all the wrinkles and whatnot...

IYNIZE PORTRAIT! (COMM)

Finished up the photo editing for this Posca commission I finished for iynize_the_wolf over on Instagram!!

SO ANNOYED ABOUT THE GLUE WRINKLE... it smoothed out a ton with lamination but I can’t get good photos after the piece is laminated so I have to live with it 😭 DESPITE THAT THO I’m super happy with how this one turned out 💖💖

Tuesday things!!

Funky assortment again today!! Got all those background records colored- working on the shading now, and then I’ll throw on some highlights before sandwiching it all together & applying the perspective blurs and whatnot!!

Besides that, got one ref sketched aAAND all my lined YCH slots colored!! Lining some more will definitely be on the agenda tomorrow :”3

Got the concept down for a redesign comm- technically one of the last pieces to my fursuit part payoff which I am sOOO hyped about...

FOLLOWING THAT I’ve got a moodboard for a custom comm, an ALMOST finished Posca comm, and a little bit more background detail into that scene commission!! Goal tomorrow is to get all those background records color ...
