Not sure how many folks remember, but I went through a whole lot of rigamarole with my sticker machine two months ago. I managed to snag a new one, and I was 100% positive that the issue was solved? Well, come to find out, the software I draw with and Cricut still aren't seein' eye-to-eye, and I've been tradin' blows with the company in an effort to get it fixed.
