WIP - Wrestling TF Comic - Base Colours

This week I have been working on the base colours for the wrestling comic. It's a good chance to play around with things and make some corrections, and I have even added some of the special effects that you typically see in the final piece. Brilliant Diamond Transformation Adventures #13

Normally with the opening panels I try to keep it quite simple and compact, but with depicting a battle I found I needed to expand on it a bit more, hence the use of a second row of panels. I'm quite satisfied with how Brave Bird came out, and it's probably how I should have done more attacks like this in previous versions.

Good old reliable Staraptor, definitely one of my favourite bird Pokémon.

Challenge: Nadia Cat TF

The completed quick challenge with TomLloyd, featuring his OC Nadia having become a cat and enjoying some personal grooming. I am a fan of cat girls doing these elaborate poses and it made for a fun quick tf too. Hope you guys like it!

Challenge: Aika Tengu TF

A fun follow up to the other Tengu TF - Meisa's new form has  reality-altering effects, as her daughter in America starts to quickly  transform into a Tengu girl herself. I decided to do an urban night setting, which I think fits well with the other tf too.

And so reaches our dramatic conclusion, with Aika taking out Cal with a single smack of her udders. Would it make more sense for the Tiger to win since it is the Year of the Tiger? Maybe? But I feel like it's nicer to have Aika the underdog win. When we're finished base colouring this I will be uploading the whole thing in one go, hopefully sometime next week. Mental changes were important in this comic, and we tweaked it around a bit in this page to show Aika entering her wrestler persona. I'm also really happy with the top panel, since it's something I rarely ever do and it took a while to find an ideal ref for this maneuver.

Brilliant Diamond Adventures #12

It's funny when you play a remake and suddenly a whole bunch of memories return about the original game, and I can see why I often confuse Gen 3 with Gen 4. I was rather hoping that the Pokémon competitions would be more like the ones in Ruby and Sapphire where you have to use your moves carefully. The whole rhythm game and stickers aspect never quite felt as fleshed out. Maybe if I spent time learning more about it, but it really did feel like something tacked on at the last minute. I guess...

News Update - 04/02/2022

Just a quick one, since I posted the review only a bit earlier this week. I'm really happy with the response it's gotten, it's nice to talk to people hobby stuff and I will definitely try and o more like that and make it a regular thing. Perhaps I should do an "Ask Witchfiend" sort of thing, so I can answer people's questions here.

January 2022 - Monthly Review Log

Honestly this one was a bit of a joke. When it came to having Kaelyn evolve into Alakazam I wasn't sure how they dealt with Pokémon that evolve via trading in stuff like the anime. So how about she overexerts her mental powers and taps into new abilities? Makes sense to me. I also don't how I ended up giving her breast expansion in her new form but ah well, she's happy with them uwu

WIP Challenge - Aika Tengu

A fun follow up to the other Tengu TF - Meisa's new form has reality-altering effects, as her daughter in America starts to quickly transform into a Tengu girl herself. I sketched a cute design of her shortly after doing Meisa and it went down so well that we had to do this one. I also wanted her to look a bit different from her mother, making her more curvy than muscular. I get the feeling she is a more modern Tengu than her mother.

Commission Preview - Wrestling TF Comic

Well folks, it's finally happening. Special thanks to TomLloyd for commissioning me on what is my most ambitious tf comic project to date - a 6 page wrestling comic featuring two of his girls tfing in the wrestling ring. Challenge: Tengu Mother

Meisa stepped out from the garden into the forest. It was nighttime, and something was mysteriously calling out to her. She felt like she was going in circles, and she didn't realise she had stepped through some forgotten Torii gates until it was too late. In the Tengu's domain her body began to reshape itself as it's powerful spirit merged with her own.

Challenge Kitty TF

A quick challenge between me and TomLloyd in which we both quickly put together a mid-tf of eachothers OCs becoming cats. In my case, I wanted to do a nice grooming pose with his OC Nadia, with some nice leg stretching. It's a nice way of showing the mental change as well as the physical. I've included both the colour WIP and the original hand-drawn sketch.

In the game, Calista the Shellos was a trade and she grew incredibly fast with all exp share benefits. In fact I often had to keep her out of battle so she wouldn't get too far ahead of the rest. I also didn't want to evolve her until she learned Earth Power which meant a lot of the time I was mashing B when she started evolving. It was worth it in the end, especially as Gastrodon is such a great Pokémon to have.

Sketch Commission # 8 - Haruna Age Progression

This time around Magi commissioned me to give his OC Haruna the age progression treatment, ageing her into an attractive milf with some nice curves. I actually quite like doing this kind of tf, perhaps not going too far into the extremes of old age, but this kind of transition I find quite fascinating with women. I have done a couple of these in the past with some of TomLloyd's OCs and if people are interested I will post the rough sketches here too.

I seem to have had an influx of patrons who have subscribed for just one month. I'm not sure where you guys have come from, maybe it's my recent posts on FA or maybe the old art that I'm posting on deviantart. In any case I hope you like what you see here and thank you for your support.

This week has been fairly busy and its shunted things along a bit, including this news section, so the pokémon comic is coming this Sunday rather than Saturday. It's mainly so it doesn't get too rushed....

Todays Sketch Commission is for Mephia, who requested a Byakko TF. When it came to the fluff on the arms and legs I went for the Shin Megami Tensei model which is a nice fluffy example.

I've been looking forward to uploading this one for a bit. A nice fusion of my OC Bapho-chan with TomLloyd's Aika via a friendly willing possession. It's fun to see Bapho bring out a new side to Aika. Hope you guys like it >w</

Today's Patreon Sketch comes from Cornivious, who requested a TF of a girl becoming a Baphomet-style demon thanks to a curse.  I do quite like Baphomets, if my fursona is any clue, and one of the most important details is the fluffy neck imo.

Patreon Sketch #5 - Meisa to Anthro Orca

January's round of sketch commissions starts with TomLloyd's OC Meisa Homura being tfed into a plump anthro orca. This was the first time trying out  Meisa in her casual attire and also quite satisfying to do this kind of weight-gain with a mature character. I'm quite satisfied with how this one's textures came out too.

Aika had no idea where she was. One moment she was in an ordinary mall, the next thing she knew the lights were going off, and she found herself entering a neon-lit entertainment complex filled with games and music. At least, she assumed that was what it was, as no one was around save for robots who wanted to see her entry tickets. An update to the original sketch with inking, base colouring and text included. It's amazing what a difference text makes, showing the mental corruption.

Yokai Challenge WIP

A new TF challenge has begun, prompted by a certain Yokai-themed case in Phoenix Wright. I've also wanted to do more tfs involving Aika's mother, Meisa Homura, and a Yokai fits well well for a mature Japanese woman. In my case I've gotten the chance to tf her into a nice busty tengu woman, possibly thanks to visiting a cursed location.

It's also nice to get some more sketches out here. I'm finding it's quite easy to get these out on the digital tablet, but you'll also see some tradition...

I thought it would be fun to do something different with Kaelyn's reason for evolving, after all where does a Kadabra's spoon come from? Also how much stuff do you scrounge in a Pokémon game? Regardless, Kaelyn seems to enjoy having a more mature body again.
