Boudoir:

Allowing women to take back and own their sexuality.... Their bodies. 

Showing other women that we are ALL beautiful and worthy- no matter the shape or size of our bodies. 

It really is an amazing experience.

"It's a weird thing how your mind perceives yourself.  Coming into this, I didn't know how the pictures would turn out.  I would look at Alicia's photos, and never think there was anyone with my body type.  Turns out, my mind had convinced me of that, and my body type is like the ones I see in the pictures she takes. It's a great thing to finally see me how my husband (and now Alicia) see's me!"

If you all knew how absolutely terrified Lisa is of Birds- you would be laughing your ass off.
(I did the WHOLE SHOOT!) She was such a trooper! I had no idea this was a fear of hers until we started shooting!

Ok this set was WAY to fun!!! And milk is AWESOME to photograph (who knew!!!)

The cows were so curious & kept licking Jaimie the whole shoot!! (Did you know cow tongues are super rough- they almost hurt! Lol) 

All I kept thinking this whole shoot was.... If only milk advertising was this hot.... how much more milk would the stores sell!!! hehehee

This was the first set of the series I shot! And absolutely FELL IN LOVE with how it turned out. Lisa has a fear of birds and I made her hold a duck hahahah (will be sharing out takes and extra photos at the end of the week) so stay tuned!!!

Its been a busy week over here as I just got back from Vancouver and shoot a wedding tonight- then a stagette this weekend & THEN I need to get my butt into our new studio to do some work!!!! 

BUT I promise I have new content coming early next week :D :D :D

Kelsey and I are off to Vancouver for a few boudoir sessions. I will do my best to try and remember to do some behind the scenes. (I am the worst at them so sorry!) Lol

Need to preface this by saying a huge THANK YOU to my gorgeous boudoir babe who is allowing me to share this image. This image of her incredible body that has birthed babies. That has carried her through life, allowed her to love. 

Her c-section scar a reminder of how incredible and capable her body is. 

Its quite simply just a beautiful photo- a celebration of a women's body!!
