Honestly when it comes to drawing action like movement, I just go with the flow 😆 can’t say much there since I’m still learning haha. But if you guys like these quick sketches of action (good practice for me) I’d love to keep posting them. Will color for $5 Patrons!

Remy moment

Evan: “I know I said I love seeing you cry, but not like this”

honestly at first I just wanted Remy to be a character that shows up only once when I first started creating The Givers. But after re-starting and really looking deeper in the plot as well as putting some minor/major changes, I feel like Remy can really be a lovable character with an important story for our main characters’ development. Also, if you forgot who Remy is he showed up in episode 8

How well do you know your two main characters?

Amelia, her mother died in front of her eyes by the hands of her adoptive sister, Madeline(Maddie). In the 14 years they’ve been separated, Amelia was left in the woods to fend for her own until she was found by Lucas. Her hair is white and she has sudden bursts of character changes! (why do her eyes change?). As for Madeline, she’s been through experiments and mental challenges, but eventually was found by Peter, an FBI crook who now helps the Takers take back their people from trafficke...

Little Lavender

Spoiler: why is Amelia nicknamed Little lavender by her mother?

Amelia‘s father, Elian, was bad at giving names, and tried naming Madeline ”Little Flower” at first, but of course, Amina, Amelia’s mother, didn’t allow It. But he continued to call Maddie his little flower

Before Amelia was born Elian kept calling her little lavender, after Elian disappeared, Amina began to call Amelia And Madeline little Flower/Lavender in their father’s stead.

Don’t mess with my hair

Luca has a bit of his emo phase still intact, he hates showing his face more than he has to. But Amelia couldn't help herself and had to reveal Luca’s pretty face to everyone. I plan to have his appearance change as he develops his character more in the comic. So I hope u guys look forward to see him change!

Axl is a scientist with a twisted personality. He truly believes that he’s doing good by treating The Givers as guinea pigs for his research. He finds joy in testing his findings on himself, and the more he succeeds the more he wants to research. Axl’s quite the smart fellow, but he uses his intelligence for his own gain.

Peter on a Mission

One of the difficult missions Peter had to go through, is to take down a drug trafficking group that have been kidnapping young men and women to do forced labor, and many eventually became victims to homicide. The group that the FBI were tasked to investigate had armed men all around the building, making it very hard to go in unnoticed with many SWAT members.
