I went back to my doctor for a follow up on my wrist. We're at a point where I'm trying to regain my range of motion in my wrist as well as rebuild my stamina. I've already been in physical therapy for a month now. So I have another month to do now and in the mean time my doctor said I should use my wrist as much as I can.
