Basement Update

A quick update on the Basement progress. First, the bathroom is halfway done there is at least a sink and toilet installed now and the flooring is done in it we are just waiting for them to install the shower then the bathroom will be finished. 

We found a local flooring company that may be able to install the laminated floorboard for us at a lower price than the big-name company, so we schedule them to come in and install the floorboard in all the rooms on the 14th of O...

  Switching to Subscription Billing

  Yeah, Patreon has now changed its billing method from the "Pay Upfront" model to a Subscription Billing model, basally you get charged monthly on the same date you joined my Patreon. For example, if you join my Patreon on October 5th your next payment will be on November 5th so kind of how a streaming subscription works. This new Subscription Billing model will help any new patrons who join near the end of the month from being double charged.

  Going to a Yard Sale Tomorrow

  Yeah, letting you guys know that I'm heading to a yard sale tomorrow (Saturday) at my work that they are providing, where we're going to try to sell some stuff that I and my brother don't use anymore after we clean our rooms out last weekend. All the money that will be made will go to pay for the basement flooring and any items that didn't sell after the year sale is over will be given to Good Will.

  Cleaning Out Our Bedrooms This Weekend
