Greetings everyone

I am finally back at my apartment now, So apparently my blood pressure is really high (around 142 if i'm not mistaken and something about Hypertension stage 2) and I think it's due to all this pressure from RL work, Its getting really busy and hectic and I only sleep for 3 to 5 hours for this past 3 weeks, So I guess thats explain why I'm in a bad shape,

But on the bright side I been given a paid leave for 2 weeks from work, But then again being at home I don't think I have anything muc...
