Sam - Forest Exile

Phew! Yeah, forests remain hard to draw. So this picture rounds out the return of my OCs, I want to be doing a lot more with them in future so I'd love to hear your opinions on Sam, Ellie, Rachel & Amy. I'd like to do a Q&A involving them in the new year and will be updating you all on that soon.

Ellie - Academy Training

Two OC's down, one to go! Ellie's had some subtle redesigning since the last time you've seen her, with slightly frizzier and redder hair. Let me know how you like her!

Ellie - Sketch WIP 2

Quite often recently I've been putting less emphasis on backgrounds. It helps me get pictures out quicker and I think often, some nice colours work well to keep the focus on the girl in the art.

For the reintroduction of my OCs, I'm putting a little more work into them. I really want to get the environment of Ellie's Academy across, so I'm putting some love into the background. Lot of work though!

Little preview of the next thing I'm working on! I'm taking some extra time with this to get it right without rushing it out. Once it's finished it'll be worth the wait!

I am taking a little extra time to rest recently, but hope to be upping the output again soon.

First Set Finished!

Thankyou to everybody for your feedback on the last poll. I think fan art gets more attention and a wider audience generally, so it's great when I know that you guys appreciate my original characters. Makes me much more eager to keep working on things like this.

Like a couple of my recent pictures, this one will have multiple parts so look forward to those!
