September Schedule + Jill Pinup!

The Dawnlands: Moonsong Preview 2

Here's a second preview! Mostly I'm posting because I really liked how this one came out.  😀 

The noble with Engel hired him as a mercenary. After all, the wilds are dangerous for anyone traveling alone, and especially for a young lady...

I did also want to let everyone know that Part 1 is about setting up the characters and their situation. The transformation won't begin until Part 2.

But it'll be a doozy!

Also, I plan on doing some calendar switch-around...

The Dawnlands: Moonsong Preview

I'd like to introduce Engel, the hero (soon to be heroine) of the next installment of "The Dawnlands." 😀 

He'll be introduced in Monday's comic, which is Part 1 of Moonsong, and which is planned to go for 3 parts.

Although magical transformations aren't what I usually create, I enjoy them a lot if they're detailed and explore the psychology of your body changing right before you eyes. I'm also a sucker for fantasy setting...

I was thinking about creating them for Holly, Nikki, and Josie. 

Story-wise, they're not very useful (I can only create relatively short GIFs). But I do think they might bring the characters to life a bit more.

Jill made real?

Okay, so this is kind of weird but also kind of cool.

I’ve been messing around with “deepfake” tech and I decided to see what would happen if I tried to create a deepfake with Jack/Jill. The results? The AI sort of made her into a real person! It plugged her into TV shows and movies.

I really don’t know what (if anything) I can do with this story-wise, but I thought it was neat.

Some are more convincing than others, but would you say it looks like our gurl?
