Switching to "Charge Upfront"

Patreon finally released the "Charge Upfront" option to everyone. I'm making that switch-over today. 

This won't change anything for current patrons. You'll still be charged on the 1st, as usual. 

But this will help with the people who join and then quit a day later like I was moaning about last month. :P
