I finished writing Ajna's scene yesterday, so I figured I'd wrap things up now and push the update. I might still work on chapter 6 today, but since that's not going to be playable at the moment, releasing without waiting for it makes sense. Anyway, here is the new update in all its glory:

This is the "I Am Late But It's Technically Still The Weekend So It's Fine" post.
We have new art for 4 scenes and 3 endings (courtesy of Stan, as always). Fans of our Spider Lady, finally got something to look at, and more will come next month. For the rest, we are getting a mix of old and new scenes covered, and we more art for the final slideshow of the game. I think we are at a decent point on that already...

Specifically, I wrote 2 new scenes for Lea (1 for each path), and I added some extra lines for her latex scene, which change depending on the path you are on (assuming you have reached the turning point for those).
I was going through her dialogues, because I wanted to do more of that so that players could see how their choices affected Lea, but I must say there aren't too many occasions to do so at a first glance....

Finishing the quest was more of a pain than I thought (some puzzles didn't feel good enough in practice, so I had to scrap them and add something else in place), but it's finished, finally. I worked some extra hours on saturday and sunday, to get the game to testers without excessive delays, and thankfully they have been able to give it a go yesterday and today, so I got to iron out the bugs before release.

First of all, many thanks to RedRanger10, who originally suggested an extra scene for Eliza (the one where Erica is tied to the bed) and also offered to sponsor a commission for it.
Having said that, I think this is another nice assortment of new scenes. So, this week, the quest got more work done, I wrote another sexy scene for it and I wrote 2 new scenes for Jin. The quest still needs something more, but once I iron out the details for a couple of puzzles, it should be smooth sailings. There is also a minor fix, which will make her bust show when she summons you during the morning for the final scene (this is to make it harder to skip this minor scene, and miss the warning that you can/should go visit her). So, here is another art preview for TOTDC 2. We got a bunch of backgrounds, as you can see. One is for the city map, one is for the VR room you already kind of saw previously, and the rest are for the first mission (fun fact, I'll probably recycle the corridor when applicable, I have some "props" already there, like doors being open or closed, and I plan to have more decorations so I can make them look a bit more different whenever I re-use the background).

I feel like each update is on time, but the overall game is late, how is that possible?! Anyway, if you are a fan of Beatrix, this should be a fun update, and I think the quest and the overall journey around it should be pretty fun. But enough of my intro, here is a link to the game:
So, this week I wrote 3 new scenes (2 for Beatrix, and 1 for the "sexy bikini", because why not?). I also wrote some more non-sexy stuff for the quest aftermath, I did some behind the scenes work, some minor bugfixing and so on. Once I finish wrapping things up for Beatrix, I'll send the game to the testers, and then focus on elements that won't need their feedback right away (walkthrough, chapter 6 content and so on).
