in the next week or so I'm planning on a running video on my treadmill (fully) as well as a few litres of soda bloating and a few more stuffings. Apologies for the slight decrease in uploads, I've been HELLA busy sorting out my accounts and now they all look like how I want them to.

I actually went overboard this time. I'm in so much pain but it'll be fun watching my body attempt to put all these calories not into lard. Shame it tasted so good too 🥺 could've gone for seconds if I could get more shake powder.

Broken arms: I'm getting better and better by the day, clearly seen with the fact I can move stuff around a bit more now. I still can't pick stuff up properly, but in a few weeks we'll be back to normal :D
