I bought these Pentel NEO-SABLE brushes yesterday. They were made of recycled plastic. Prices are affordable too (HKD22 - HKD45). It's a good choice for illustration.

This is the watercolour set I use the most.
"W551 Bright Opera" gives a bright mix that is very suitable for skin tone.
