Very short Delay on the comic this week.

The Goals and Tiers have have a bit of an overhaul today, here's a list of the changes!
1 - New Minimum Goal and Minor goal changes:
I Wanted to have something a little smaller so I can still continue to make comics even if things are a little low. the new minimum goal is $200, and and will allow for a 5 page comic to be made even if there are issues with pledgers.
Also, the $500 goal has been removed, as the I prefer tolok's full color art over the flats. the new $600 goal if ...
