We also figured out the issue with our rendering queuing tool. In short, there was an option activated that merged scenes together instead of clearing the previous one and opening a new one. This basically doubled and sometimes tripled the number of objects and textures in subsequent scenes, which would cause the render engine to crash.

Hi, all, and welcome to the weekly update. Lots of progress this week on all our active sets. The batch rendering tool we mentioned in the last update has proven to be very useful! It’s great to be able to queue up a bunch of scenes and let it do its thing instead of having to manually manage everything.

It can get a little confusing with multiple versions of the same scene file, but we’re working on a system to streamline things. In the end though, this should help move things along even faster!

Basically, it’s a script that allows you to queue up a sequence of scenes or camera angles, and it automatically renders them one after another. We got a message from a Patron last week asking if we could post some images, which until now, have only ever appeared on our social media accounts. So, here they are!
