Here is a new ✨bonus✨ step-by-step written tutorial that I decided to throw together on a whim covering a fairly simple approach to lighting a portrait in an interesting way.

In addition to the usual yapping and art, in this stream, I also show off my INDIE BOOK HAUL! I had just attended a local book convention and had absolutely no self-control, so I showed off my new pile of books! I also give each book a sniff test and offer a rating on how its smell ranks.

I was painting some glowing flowers in a recent commission and thought I would throw this mini tutorial together for you on how I easily add a glowing effect to flowers.
I'm using clip studio paint here, but this method should work in most digital painting apps! Enjoy!
