A little update and catching up!

Um... this is a painting I did of Dorian for fun.  lol  But this post is mostly an update on stuff.
Mostly just including the mustache man to get your attention.  ;)  lol

I have been really busy and stressed with my job so I've been bad about updating social media and responding to messages lately.  There will be a new art pack at the end of this month.  I will be using this week to catch up on the patreon things! ...

Well, I guess I'm still stuck in Dragon Age land and it hasn't loosened its hold on me...  I am really wanting to get better at drawing and painting intense emotions in characters... so yeah, angry cry!

Art Pack 22 Summary

WHY the hell are there only 28 days in February!?  March really snuck up on me!  Yeesh!  

Anyhoo, plenty of art was done in time for Art Pack 22, I just need to get it all organized and uploaded for when pledges go through.

I wanted to just draw something kind of quick and fun this weekend.  Also, the lasso selection tool is a new favorite digital painting tool of mine.  I have really been loving incorporating it into my process.

Sometimes when you work on something and you have been staring at it all day, you don't see all the problems until after it is shared with the world wide web.... Soooo how was that Frozen 2 trailer?!  It looks so serious and Anna didn't crack a smile at all!  I thought she looked pretty cool so I had to draw her.  I also used it as a chance to practice kind of part of what I have been doing at work... which is painting symbols in frames.  haha.  I hope you like her!

Rough Sketches and a Little Update

Hey guys, I just wanted to touch base with you about some stuff that's going on!  

I have signed on with a company here in Stockholm to work on a project for about 6 months depending on how quickly I can get it done, which is exciting because I am basically the sole graphics artist for the project (so theme, all the illustrations, animations, vfx, and any motion graphics are on me), and supposedly I will have a lot of artistic freedom with it.  I guess I'll find out soon enoug...

Modern Goddess

I did a fun art collab with a tattoo artist here in Stockholm.  She drew and did the lineart of this awesome character and I went in and colored/painted it!  It was super fun to work on and this artist's lineart is so beautiful that coloring this was easy!  It made me think I should tighten up my own lineart to make my regular coloring easier.  haha!  Anyway, I hope you guys like her!

Collector Print Pack Updates!

Today I did this quick draw this in your style challenge.  The original character is by MaxineArt.  For a pretty quick portrait I feel like she turned out okay.   She feels like a small breath of spring in the dead of winter to me.  A fun little piece to draw.  She will be in Art Pack 21.
