Nanami is almost done! Pretty much only have to polish the whole anim... all 60 seconds of it. Can't believe how long it took - and how long I managed to actually keep working on it. Two weeks is usually when I run out of steam and just want to finish the animation, not to mention that I find it difficult to come back to a project after working on something else, but something about this kept me going. The first test render dates back to February 22nd, yikes. And now, if it won't be finished ...

As far as I can tell, both RyanReos and R2Studio make quality models, so personal taste is the only deciding factor here. Honestly, I can see myself picking up all of Ryan's models eventually, but, obviously, I can't animate all of them ...

It's not the kind of degeneracy you'd usually expect from me, but I really wanted to do something special for Sayuri and it just so happened that it aligned with her birthday.
Not entirely sure how much of what I learned can be applied to animations (especially since this is in Cycles, while I animate in Eevee), but it sure was a blast to work on, and a nice challenge too. Hope you enjoy!

Here's the more-or-less finished part of Nanami's anim, it's either half or a little more than half of the full thing. Overall, I'm fairly confident in the animating here, though, past this part, things get trickier. The main issue is not the animation process itself, but more so figuring out how to animate around fluid sims. It's pretty much all new to me and... really quite confusing.

Here's a quickie sneak peek at the upcoming variant. Ropes are cool and all, but actually animating these things is... its own challenge, I'd say. Worth the pain though, the final result should look nice and this kind of technique can be (and will be) reused in the future. For comparison purposes - the leg ropes use physics, the one tying the hands just stretches.

Here's the link to all the extra variants I make just for you, dear supporters. I didn't have a very clear goal when I started making them, but I'm getting somewhere now with bondage. It doesn't fit every anim though, so sometimes it might be an extra angle or a different outfit, etc. I have some other ideas that I'll try over time too, as I learn them.
