Ena is helping out with one of the myriad rituals conducted to initiate a newcomer to the Church - a lengthy milking session involving multiple climaxes and fuelled by some very questionable magicks to keep the initiate virile.
It's just a nice bonus that Ena gets to enjoy all the 'byproduct' in the process.

Pet tentacles enjoy being fed copious amounts of sexual fluid, and sometimes a helping hand from some clandestine magic is needed to generate enough such fluid in order to keep them well fed and happy.
