The area directly by the gate with the lookout post. Needs a little more detail in it but it looks pretty good, I think.
That rectangle there is just something I keep on hand to mentally consider mobian height. Things are mostly made for larger characters for flexibility, though.

This shot is a little older, the interior of the building is a little more detailed now, though I don't think it's necessary to put much more in it because I don't think an angle showing the inside is likely to occur....

I have a lot of trouble with backgrounds, but with learning 3D recently I decided that for the sake of c onsistency and sanity that it'd be a great idea to make a 3D maps I can reference for the comics.
They should be pretty quick to make in most cases too, since they're mostly for reference purpose.
This is the beginning of 'Rald'. :)
I'm wondering if I should do this for props too...
