With regards to the tier 3, I will be creating an extremely simple google sheets that shows everyone's name and the date in which they have received a drawing. If you are a tier three and have received a drawing, you will be at the top of the queue. Any newer members will be put at the bottom of the queue. Essentially, you're waiting around 2 - 3 ish months for a drawing.
