BoobsDay Posting - The Uncanny Magik pg20

It's the end of the month and I would love to get one more posting in before we start November especially one as fun as this one! I worked really hard trying to make sure everyone knows what's going on as I had to pack a lot into this jump scene.

Did you all get that Captain America bashed Black Widow on the head so she would get captured by the Russians and she is now in their captivity?  I hope that was clear enough.  I like to "suggest" events and let the reader fill in big...

She may make an appearance in Magik.  Another of a bit of obscure character but when I first saw her in "Inferno", it blew my mind!

FunDay Posting: The Uncanny Magic Page 18

I had a little less time to work on today's posting and a little more of a complex page so I only have one for you all today.

We are getting close to the end of Chapter One of this comic.  I feel like I'm on a bit of a roll with the art and dialogue (especially since I do not have to focus much time in colouring it).  I know that many of you do not have much knowledge of Magik as she is a bit of an obscure character but I hope you are all falling in love ...

I changed the last page a bit. I wasn't happy with Magic's reaction to hearing Colossus' confession while int the throws of ecstasy.

18BB Commission - Antique Photo Recreation

One of the commissions is for a recreation of one of his favourite photographs in a Little Lorna style.  This was a lot of fun!  I got to focus a lot more on the expression which I changed a little to reflect how Little Lorna would have done the pose.

I wanted to try and draw something moody and lovely this morning.  Every Fall as the weather changes to cold and dark, I get a sort of depression but only during the transitional time.  It also happens in the Spring when it starts getting warm!

This would make a great cover for a coffee table book of a collection of art of Little Lorna with the older men that pay her to be her father figure.  Happy moments, sad moments, every day mom...

Like every good Daddy, Mr. Little took Little Lorna to the zoo. Of course, it ended up being the Family Friendly Chucky-Cheezie zoo (remember what "Family Friendly" was code for in the Little Lorna universe? If not, see "Rent-A-Daughter").

Well, the Petting Zoo is popular with girls who love animals but this pen is sort of sus'.

We can't be too suspicious about this.  After-all very few of us know what Pandas look like anyways and who's to say?

FunDay Posting - BnV Page#10

I haven't heard much from anyone last posting!  Is everyone enjoying the comic?

Anyways, I had a lot of fun with this one.  Typically I'm trying to break the habit of rushing the intimate scenes in order to keep the story moving which isn't fair.

We get to see what happens at the dock with Ethel getting attacked by Reggie while a helpless Betty looks on.

Sorry it's been sooo long since I posted an update to this comic but the time I took off was well worth it.  I think the art techniques I learned while doing the Tales really helped get these panels finished off so I hope the inking/coloring style isn't too jarring between page 8 and 9.

...and now back to our regular programming.

It's been a great break for me away from serials and stories and I'm now coming back refreshed and inspired. The "Tales" were a lot of fun but it seems like it has run its course for now.  After 12 stories, I think it's time to put this format to bed for now and go back to what everyone is here for. COMICS!!

I'm going to pin the first pages of "Betty And Veronica" at the top of my feed so everyone can catch up on their summer reading requirements to get back into the swing of thing...

It is really humbling knowing how much you appreciate my unique art and sense of humour and how long my art has come since the humble days in 2005 when I first started drawing … all due to your support.

A HUGELY requested piece! This story was never in any of the Protestant Bibles so when people started to mention it I had no idea what they were talking about but it is apparently the 13th chapter of Daniel either dropped because it its too salacious or it was the the early Christian church protesting against "woke" culture of the day to include strong women stories.  Lol.  Some things never change.

I may do a follow up if people like this one and have a story written up.
