I've made a bit of an error when posting my comic pages.  I seem to remember that most people wanted me to post all of the pages done in that month on a single day.  I totally understand this.  Although you won't get to read as you go, I think most people are willing to wait and prefer to read a large chunk of it all at once.

BB commission - Spa Day #1

Another BB cash in!  Thanks for the LONG wait for this one!  After two false starts we decided to work off of a script and I think it turned out much better.

I changed a bit of the dialogue but it pretty much remained exactly as it was written so bravo to Tinhy who is coming up with this story.

I will be starting the Doves comic again on the 6th but I will try and get some more commissions done tonight.  Dec 27th-Jan 2nd will be another Fan Appreciation week.  ...

Welcome to December!

The final month of 2020!  This has been a bit of a wild year for my art.  First with me breaking my hand and then the pandemic and then me losing inspiration and starting up a totally new comic.  I am really glad you all love the art or else this year may have killed all future Sinope comix.

Happy American Thanksgiving everyone!

Well, I'm SO happy to be able to escape in the world of the Doves with everyone!  This Thanksgiving I'm thankful for ALL of my supporters.  Seriously, when business is slow and time is a plenty, I really have to do some serious consideration of how to tie over my business with my extra time.  The obvious solution is to get a part time job but YOU have given me the option to use that time to create art and comics!  Art is expensiv...

Streaming This Morning.

I did another bit of streaming this morning at 6am PST.

More progress on the Pencils of Page#7 and started laying out Page#8.

Streaming Each Morning.

I tested out my first stream today and everything seemed to work alright.

There is no audio yet but I'll try and get a local radio station playing soon and hopefully a playlist that will, obviously have a lot of Taylor Swift songs.  Lol.  I figure most people will be putting it in the background an just glance at it once in a while so a little bit of music while you make your morning coffee/tea would be nice but you let me know.

Doves Of Peril Page 5 is up!

Getting there is half the battle it seems!  Trouble awaits the girls when they get to the Goblin Nest but getting there seems to be proving to be just as perilous!

The Doves stick together and with friends, no peril is insurmountable. 

A New computer... at last!

Sorry for going MIA but my new Mac mini arrived and I have been busy setting it up!

A lot of you have been asking for me to do streams and I just couldn’t with my aging MacBook Pro which could barely run my drawing software especially since I upgraded my drawing tablet earlier this year to a 4K display. I’m very careful how I invest your support into my comic drawing so I held out as long as I could.

Schedule of Events...

Hi everyone!  Its been a busy month of November and it is only getting busier!  I just got three big jobs coming in however although will take weeks to complete, I hired someone to do the time consuming tasks... which frees me up to draw!

As I mentioned before, I am going to dedicate three full weeks every month to making comics and the balance of the month for commissions and some of your projects.  How I plan to break it out is starting the 2nd Sunday of every month and...

Secret Santa Advert.

Heather Fifflebottom is a little different this year.  I ditched the ornaments on her antlers and does not have her traditional scroll and pen.  I had to make it SFW so I can post it on more social media sites because... you know.  Puritans!

I hope everyone had a Happy Halloween everyone.  So... as per usual, things didn't go as planned this month and didn't get around to doing commissions in the last week.

I'm going to spend November 1-7 to do commissions and hopefully I can get a little movement on that.  If I get 5 pages of the Doves comic done by Nov 24th, I'll spend the last week doing commissions again and I will be back on schedule!

This took a little while to do.  I was redrawing it a few times to get the scene right.  I have not posted this comic to Discord yet but I will once I'm sure there will not be any edits.  Sometimes while I draw the story, I come up with an idea or someone mentions something that I would like to incorporate in however need to backtrack and do some editing in the dialogue to make it fit.

Starting on Chapter 2!

I've started working on Chapter 2 of the Doves Of Peril comic this morning (dialogue are just placeholders).  I really miss drawing but I have noticed how difficult it is to get back into a flow as my mind has been so used to being distracted constantly over the past month.  I usually draw for 3-4 hour stretches without a break which is really different from the 20-15min between tasks that my work involves.

Despite it being uncomfortable, It feels so GOOD though to draw these ...

Hi everyone!  Sorry for the long delay in new art.  I just got finished a bunch of work and will be dedicating my mornings again to doing some drawing.

Like an insane person, I usually wake up around 5:30am, get some coffee and then draw while I watch the news to about 10am or 11am.  I love getting work done in the morning.  It is so quiet and you can get a few hours of undisturbed time.
