System Making

I always wanted a quest system again but Lingering felt no need for them due to their already complicated branching system with different MCs. This one does since I want to have some time between each witch hunting event that lets players do what they want, do quests, explore, date, run away from their problems or actually find clues of their next witch target.

Croissant

The Mc's little sister whom they lose in their own world. Therefore they have a high attachment to her and became the reason they stay in the witch-infested world to find a way to bring Croissant's actual sibling back from their coma.

I didn't think I improved much honestly, but then I compared sprites n like... the fact people told me they found Lock and Keyes handsome back then... they were little kind lol 

Palmier (male MC)

Male MC for Bewitching Sinners, unlike the original Palmier, he has a more healthy look to him and is somewhat pretty rather than handsome

Character Routes of Bewitching Sinners

All character routes of Bewitching sinners. All of them will be involved in the main story and 2 will be the only way to get to a certain witch but other than that you can choose whichever character you like. There won't be stat raising but I will have trait raising instead using quest as a guideline similar to Lingering to help pace the story such as in Lingering there is underlying quests such as Lock finding out Xander's secret or Angel and Goldie bonding so she can have the better ending....

Sprite Progress WIP

I like how this guy's hair lining turned out. For Bewitching Sinners I want to have a Lingering linear/chapter based story but with only 2 mc POVs and 4 total dateable side events. That way it's much more contained than C.U.P.I.D but still have some free roam which Lingering lacked. Unlike most Otome/Dating Sim I want to experiment though with when free-roaming, both MCs in their free roam session can approach the same people, and the ending will vary on who is close to which MC. Since witch's blood causes eyes to have an odd coloring it's easy to spot which family member are considered defects. So while doing the strip club area events in CUPID and testing it, I find that having this guy's sprite the same as Cassiel's is no longer as fitting and may change his design. But his new design also reminds me of Quinn so I'm still figuring him out, still, I like his face coloring so I decide to post it here. Hopefully, I can decide before working on the Cgs for the strip club as this guy has a few Cgs planned

Whelp

That awkward moment when you want to add another episode to your webtoon but realize you can't since you forgot you entered it for a competition and it's being judge. All that coloring, wasted :'v

But at least I got some time to draw, last weekend was... interesting. My ex-husband threatened me by going over to my house and wanting to kill me with a vodka bottle while drunk as he blames the marriage for failing due to me even though we're divorced due to him cheating on me......

Character Route Progress

Got all cupid jewel routes events back to their first event again. Since I lost my progress last time I change some things mostly having faster pacing and be more comedy oriented. I plan to have each character's 5 character route events before succeeding/failing to get the heart based on their answers, points, and such. CH2 PREVIEW + ANNOUNCEMENT

Sneak peek of Bewitching Sinners Ch2 , not done yet as this month I actually got enough proof to divorce my husband (thx to my friend's bf who is a Bar employee of a place my husband  & his 19 yo sidechick apparently got ban from).

WIP

I decided to continue the comic to chapter 3 then continue working on C.U.P.I.D again. Mostly since I wanted a change of pace and honing my drawing skills. Hope this is okay~ just wanted to do something different while also using the unused Mark of A Beloved world since I loved the setting I had for that project!

Surprise!

So... long story short my PC and VN files got a virus and I lost a decent chunk of my VN progress on CUPID. The demo is still backed up thankfully but all the first route events got wiped off and I have to rewrite (only the sister and cosplay route was slightly salvageable).

Needless to say I got salty, and decided to take a break by entering a webtoon competition with the Mark of A Beloved's world but different plot flow and cast. But anyway, it took me 10 days of sleeping a...

Life Update~

I failed my latest stage Civil Servant interview, which is a bit sad because I did had to juggle my schedule for numerous tests and studying before this point but oh well. On the brighter side I stopped having writer's block since I was struggling with how to connect all the intro characters into the next scene, a common issue for 'free-roam' VNs but getting ok at that and I might release this VN per season or per 2 love routes instead just the demo and finish because I do want this one to be...

Since Rena is a crossplayer, I needed to make costumes for her and peppa to play as. Their character route revolves around cosplay and is based on my Cosplayer friends experience. The priest is a client of Theressa, though I have to change his hair as it's too similar to Charlie

Idk why I spent so much time... on an apple. But it was very calming lol. Trying to draw as much as I can since I just finished my first civil servant test, many test will come if I pass so I'm trying to adjust my times as much as I can :3

Finally had some time to draw! I have night classes and that skewed my schedule a bit but I'm getting the hang of things and was able to add a rhythm game to the code properly!

Life Update and CUPID info

It's Ied in Indonesia soon, so I've been busy prepping that and my boss decided that I should handle a new  webtoon IP which is great, I can buy food more freely now, but also hmm rush jobs are never great. In May Indonesia will basically be in holiday mode for 2 weeks, so I'm doing my best to get that new IP done so I can finally draw and do creative stuff during the holidays as well! 

Also I decided to do something interesting with Cupid, mainly making chapter updates  ...

My C.U.P.I.D page is live on itch.io I decided to only post this one instead of both this and Ravenstag since I don't think my brain is all there to make Mark of A Beloved.

I meant to post it earlier here, but I got swamped with my day job and also I'm thinking of applying to the national civill servant test so I've been preparing the documents for that like a headless chicken around my city.

It's Done!

I actually mostly finished the demo for CUPID. just need to add some voiced lines in the intro because I reaaaally really liked the intro for this one and want to voice it so badly. but waiting for those and hopefully can publish on time on the 14th :3.

This will probably be the poster for the game, which I'm gonna add some more effects and change the bg for some but I'm glad with how this turned out!

2 more Cgs to go!

I have 2 more CGs to go and my ass hurts from sitting too long haha. I have lost weight from my breakdown a while back so my almost non-existent ass back then became actually non-existent lol. But pillows help, and I like how you can see how bright my art is compared to Lingering, and I feel like my lighting has improved but it could be just because every scene in Lingering was at night or in a dark lit setting so I feel like I see the sun in my art again haha.

Feeling a bit under the weather

I have a fever since last night so I'm resting today. A friend of mine got omicron covid and unfortunately, I was hanging out with them a lot before they knew they were sick lol. I doubt I contracted covid again since besides fatigue and fever I feel ok, but we'll see :')

In other news, I really like how this one got colored and I should only have 6 more CGs to color before I can compile everything and release the demo so hopefully I can get this out by April 14, or Black Day if any of ...

FLASHY EFFECTS

The internet has been dying on me this side of town, granted I live in the mountainside and my internet provider admits to be having issues but I was glad to finally be able to upload these. Even though one is still a WIP, but I like the look of them - especially the effects. I'm still trying to balance work with my emotional breakdowns and freelance writing jobs, but I'm glad my do at least 1 Visual Novel thing a day has kept me sane as of late.
