I have started exercising again recently. (I have personal training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.)
Additionally, I have begun focusing on self-care once more and am managing my diet as well. I also plan to visit a dermatologist soon.
I realized that I had been neglecting self-care while working. However, thanks to all of you, things seem to be improving.
As for the issue with the Chinese hacker, rest assured that he will never be able to hack my account.

I haven't gone outside for about 3-4 months, and lately, I've been feeling meaningless about working and living.
