Ok here's a couple of updates, one is good the other no so much.
The bad News: I think i broke my jaw again 😅, i'm not sure but on the last couple of days i felt my lower jaw to be like slightly dislocated, and now i just can't fully close my mouth on the right position without feeling pain on the right side, so imagine when i have to chew something, maybe i have to go through another maxillofacial surgery 😖, let's see what the doc says.
