Terrible Postures 😅

Hi folks, nothing to worry about it just letting you know that i unconsciously was working with a terrible posture, and now i got a sore neck, is NOT an injury but i have to take care of it before it became one, i'm sure those who works with a pc or in a office will know what im talking about.
This slows me down a bit for working on animations, mainly due to longer periods of resting times, but i prefer dealing with delays, than dealing with injuries.
